However, we understand that there may be times when a product needs to be returned. Our return policy is designed to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, here at Avant doors we go above and beyond to make sure that you receive your door is not damaged during delivery.
Returns will be accepted only if the customer returns the door within three days of the delivery date. Avant doors will promptly refund full purchase price excluding the shipping cost, upon receiving the merchandise in same condition in which it was shipped to customer. Damages occurred during shipping must be claimed with shipping company.
